Twelve West Main was built in 1916 and is on the approximate site of the John Thomas house (founder of Thomasville). In the past, the first floor housed Jones/Efird’s Dept. Stores and once hosted WMFR’s radio broadcast from the mezzanine. This beautifully restored building is now available for weddings, receptions, proms, reunions, and other banquets involving up to 500 people.

Historical sites such as the Big Chair, the Bell Tower Fountain, the Train Depot and the town gazebo are all within view and add charm to the Twelve West Main experience. Buildings are illuminated at night. See more about Area Sights.
